Since 1994 Top Cuts has become a household name in the Bethpage, Levittown, Seaford, Massapequa, Wantagh, Farmingdale areas. Top Cuts began with one family's dream, and one person's struggle to make it happen. From an early age Christina Amato-Smith always wanted to be a hairdresser. While in her second year of beauty school Christina knew that she wanted a salon of her own. After eight years of working and managing different salons, along with the help of friends and family, Top Cuts was born.
